    led team to monetize over 80% of digital inventory (850 million impressions)
    – trained analysts to translate analysis into business solutions for sales department
    – implemented revenue strategy that drove yield and cpm growth by 35%

  • Digital Ad Operations, (Sunmedia, 2012 – 2013) 
    – developed 5 employees into a high performance team of 11 specialists and analysts
